Resolve-specific rules

Free and Studio do not always expose the same decode coverage.

The MVP uses Blackmagic's Resolve 20 codec list conservatively. On Windows, H.264 and H.265 support is described in terms of OS-supported profiles, with more profiles and GPU acceleration available in Studio. The checker therefore avoids turning uncommon 10-bit/chroma combinations into a false universal pass.

H.264MOV, MKV and MP4 are covered by the current Resolve 20 rules; Windows Free is treated cautiously for higher-bit-depth profiles.
H.265 / HEVC8/10-bit OS-supported profiles are documented on Windows, with broader profile/acceleration support in Studio.
AV1Resolve 20 documents decode in MOV, MP4 and MKV on Windows and macOS.
VP9Common MOV/MP4/MKV workflows are documented, while uncommon containers remain test-required.

If the source is a phone, screen recording or downloaded stream, frame timing can matter even when the codec is supported.
