1. Current application status
ClipCompat does not intentionally set its own account, advertising or analytics cookies.
The current service does not include account login, personalization, advertising code or a dedicated application analytics integration. ClipCompat therefore does not currently set its own cookies for those purposes.
2. Cloudflare infrastructure
Infrastructure security can use strictly necessary cookies.
ClipCompat is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare documents that some of its security and traffic-management features can set cookies that are considered strictly necessary for those services. Whether a particular Cloudflare cookie appears can depend on the features or security challenges applied to a request. See the Cloudflare cookie documentation for current details.
3. Media analysis
Video analysis does not require an application cookie.
The selected media file is accessed through the browser File API and analyzed in a Web Worker. The analysis result is generated for the current page session. ClipCompat does not require a cookie to upload or retrieve a stored video because the service does not upload or store the selected video for analysis.
4. External websites
Source links can lead to sites with their own cookies.
ClipCompat links to third-party documentation. If you open an external site, that site may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Those technologies are controlled by the external site, not by ClipCompat.
5. Future changes
New advertising or analytics technology will be documented before activation.
If advertising, dedicated analytics, consent management or another feature later requires cookies or similar storage, this page will be updated to describe the purpose and current behavior. Where consent is legally required, an appropriate consent flow will be implemented before the relevant technology is enabled.
